Waukegan Public Schools is rolling out a new series of financial literacy seminars for the month of October, designed to help families better manage their money and build financial security. 


The series, led by financial expert Liz Todorovic of LegacyWealth, will feature four separate seminars, the first of which will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4 at the Welcome Center. Session number one will cover the 6 Steps to Financial Independence and the Rule of 72, also known as compound interest. Each session will cover a different topic related to fiscal responsibility and planning. 


A full schedule of the remaining sessions can be found below. Each session will be held at the Welcome Center at 5:30 p.m.
