Parents wishing to enroll their children in Waukegan Public Schools’ EPIC PreK program will have the opportunity to complete the registration process in one stop during the District's PreK Roundup event later this month.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  on Saturday, August 28,  at Whittier Elementary School, 901 N. Lewis Avenue. As part of the round up, parents will have the opportunity to have their child registered, screened and placed into a PreK class for the 2021-2022 school year during the event.

In order to be eligible for enrollment in the PreK program children child must: 

- Live within District 60 boundaries - Be three years old at the time of screening. - Turn five AFTER September 1

Walk-ins will be welcome during the event. Families who have already registered will be called to schedule an appointment to complete the screening and placement process. New students will need to bring all required registration documents to the event in order to have their child enrolled.
