The Counseling Department at Waukegan High School is dedicated to addressing students' diverse needs. They nurture decision-making and goal-setting skills, guiding each student toward success in high school and beyond. Collaboration with parents, educators, and stakeholders is key to their effective support in academics, personal development, and college/career planning. Students are paired with dedicated counselors for their Freshman and Sophomore years and then Junior and Senior years to build strong relationships.
